Use of InnoRPMI™ 1640
RPMI 1640 Medium contains the reducing agent glutathione, biotin  and high concentrations of vitamins for mammalian cell cultures, such as cell lines HeLa, Jurkat, K562 and primary blood mononuclear cells.
Without proteins, lipids, or growth factors, supplementation of RPMI 1640 Medium, typically with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), is necessary for complete media.
